Your pictures are in and you have your link to your online gallery. You love your pictures, but now what do you do? Read on to find out!

You are welcome to use your product credit to purchase additional high-resolution pictures (which come with a print release) or order prints and products through my online store (found by clicking “Print Store” or the little shopping cart at the top right of the page).

It is ideal to place your order with me in person (or online via Zoom) so I can answer any questions you may have; however, I recognize this is not always possible. Please contact me at veronica@enjoythevuphotography.com for assistance at any time.

How To Order Your Senior Pictures Step 1: Select Your Favorites

As you get ready to order, most families find it super helpful to create favorites lists. You can create multiple lists for different needs – just make sure you log in with the same email address each time to see the lists you have created.

If we’re going to create an album or folio box for your senior, I’ll request you make a specific favorites list with the images you want included.

Additionally, as you prepare to order prints of your senior pictures, making a list of what you want for wallets to go out with graduation announcements vs 8x10s for relatives will ensure a quick checkout when you’re ready to send your cart to print.

Create a Favorites List by clicking the Heart button as pictured below.

Inside the favorites list you can leave me any additional comments/requests as needed, or just leave a note for yourself.

How To Order Your Senior Pictures Step 2: See Available Products

If you’re not ready to order but want to see what products are offered, click the “Print Store” on the top of the page to scroll through the variety of products we offer including graduation cards, framed prints, and albums!

Click through the products to read descriptions and view options for sizing, print material, frame color, and more.

How To Order Your Senior Pictures Step 3: Ordering

First, I highly recommend you place your orders on a computer, not on your phone or tablet. This will make everything easier to see, and will also ensure all the features in the store load correctly.

Either on your gallery page or when you open an individual picture, you will see a big black button with a shopping cart that says “Buy Photo.”

Once you click “Buy” a new page will open allowing you to select how to display the image.

Once you select your product you will be able to choose further options inside of the page. Shown below is how to order a framed print – first choose your frame size and color, then mat options.

Do you want to order graduation announcements and/or thank you cards?

Select your design and customize to your heart’s desire! Cards are available both with foil imprinting and without, and the colors and text are fully customizable.

How To Order Your Senior Pictures Step 4: Checkout

When your cart is finalized click “Checkout.”

On the left side, there are lines to Apply Coupon or Apply Gift Card. If you have product credit to use, this will go in the Gift Card line. You can apply one coupon and one gift card per order.

**Please note that I cannot refund your order after checkout has been completed if you neglect to enter your coupon or gift card code.**

Turnaround Times and Shipping Expectations:

Albums and folio boxes are handcrafted in Europe and take 3-4 weeks on average to build and ship. I promise you, they are worth the wait!

All other items generally have a 1-2 week turnaround, including standard and fine art prints, graduation cards, and framed prints.

Graduation cards and framed prints ship directly from the lab to your home. I do review the card orders before they go to print for spelling accuracy.

Standard and fine art prints, albums, and folio boxes all generally ship to me first for a quality check and then I deliver them to you. I do my best to ship all of your items together; however, if something has an extended/delayed shipping time I’ll notify you.
