What Families Need to Know
When and where we will be taking pictures – All games are on the Michigan Tech fields next to the SDC as scheduled by CCSA.
We are starting individual pictures at 5:00 p.m. each evening; please plan to arrive before your scheduled practice time if possible!
Wednesday, July 16, 2025 for U14 – U18 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pmcancelled due to weather- Thursday, July 17, 2025 for U7 – U9 – U12 5:00 from pm to 8:00 pm ✅
- Saturday, July 19, 2025 for U5 – U14 – U18 from 8:30 am to 10 am ✅
Wednesday, July 23, 2025 for U14 – U18 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pmcancelled due to weather
If any other practices or games are cancelled due to weather, Saturday, July 26, 2025 will be our final photo date.
**This one will be at McAfee Field in Hancock.** We will be photographing from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m.
Otherwise, there will be no makeup dates for child illness, etc.
Where We’ll Be:
How will you find us? In years past, we’ve used a big white pop-up tent on one end of the field. This year with all of the multiple fields, we are moving from field to field to get each team photo.
If you have the circumstances, please come before your scheduled play time so we can get your child’s picture while they are still fresh 🙂
We know many families have athletes playing multiple days and we’re often asked if we can do a group picture of all children in a family. While we’re happy to do this, we must prioritize team pictures for the teams who are scheduled, so please come early if you can for any extra pictures!
Do we need to sign up ahead of time?
No! To simplify and better serve Copper Country families, we plan to take team and individual portraits of all athletes.

The “Makeup” Gallery contains U9-T4 Team and all other pictures that were taken on the backup days. If you don’t see your child in the main division galley they may be in the makeup gallery.

How to order:
First, if you are having difficulty ordering on your phone or tablet, please try again with a computer.
Click the link above and enter your password. There is a separate gallery for each age division. If you had sibling pictures taken together we added the sibling pictures to each gallery.
Athletes are organized by last name. Scroll to find your child. Depending on your device, you will need to scroll either horizontally or vertically. Most have two images, one full body and one close-up. Click image then click purchase prints. Select a package, approve the crop, change the image if you’d like to mix and match between full body and closeup images, then click add to cart.
After adding to the cart you will be able to checkout or add another child/package.
Please note: I cannot change the cropping or images after you check out as the system will automatically process your order.
